MisterGamblers Corrections Policy
Casino information changes quickly.
Bonuses expire. Payment limits change. Companies change ownership. Licences can change. Games disappear and withdrawal rules are updated.
We therefore expect some published information to require updating over time.
What Happens When We Find an Error?
If a material statement is wrong, we review the underlying evidence and update the page.
We prioritise corrections involving:
- licence status;
- operator ownership;
- payment information;
- withdrawal limits;
- bonus terms;
- responsible gambling information;
- regulatory information;
- factual statements about complaints or disputes.
Minor spelling and formatting corrections may be made without a formal correction notice.
Report an Error
Readers and operators can contact:
Please include:
- URL of the page;
- statement you believe is incorrect;
- explanation;
- supporting evidence where available.
Providing an official source helps us investigate faster.
Operator Requests
Casino operators are welcome to identify factual errors.
However, a request from an operator does not automatically result in criticism, risk warnings or negative findings being removed.
We correct factual inaccuracies.
We do not rewrite independent editorial opinions simply because a company disagrees with them.
Historical Accuracy
When appropriate, we may explain that information was correct when a review was conducted but has since changed.
This is particularly useful for real-money testing.
For example, a withdrawal completed in 29 minutes during our test remains a factual record of that test even if the casino's later withdrawal performance changes.
We may update the review with newer evidence while preserving the context of the original test.
